At PrimeLink, all payments are received directly into our bank account via wire transfers, ACH transfers, or direct deposits from insurance companies and patients. Our team carefully verifies and reconciles each transaction to ensure accuracy before posting payments into the billing system. Any remaining patient balances are identified, and statements are generated for collection. We also review denied or underpaid claims, correct any discrepancies, and resubmit them to maximize reimbursement. At the end of each month, a variety of reports are provided based on the information you wish to review, including account activity and aging. Custom reports can also be created upon request. PrimeLink recommends a monthly meeting for a detailed review of the previous month’s data, comparing it to the current month’s collections. This allows you to identify trends, assess your practice's performance, and evaluate how PrimeLink is serving you.
